The RFQ process

Email the line list, drawings or tender document to procurement@willmansales.com or use the quote form. A single point of contact is assigned within one business day.
- 02Receive a formal quotation
Itemised pricing, brand/model substitutions where appropriate, freight estimate, lead time and validity period - typically returned within 24-48 business hours.
- 03Award & purchase order
Issue a purchase order against the quotation. Standard payment terms are 30 days on approved accounts; bid bonds and performance bonds arranged where required.
- 04Delivery & sign-off
Goods delivered to the named site with delivery docket, installation where applicable, and serial-number record for electronics and safes.
- 05After-sales
Single warranty contact for the life of the contract. Servicing, spares and consumable replenishment continue under the same account.
