1.Who we are
The Willman Sales Company Limited ("Willman", "we", "us") is a company incorporated in Jamaica with its principal place of business at 2 King Street, P.O. Box 336, Kingston, Jamaica.
2.Acceptance of terms
By browsing willmansales.com, opening a customer account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the site.
3.Products & pricing
Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided in good faith but may vary slightly from the goods supplied. Prices are quoted in Jamaican Dollars unless stated otherwise and are inclusive of General Consumption Tax (GCT) where applicable. Willman reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time before an order is accepted.
4.Orders & acceptance
Submission of an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when Willman issues an invoice, dispatch confirmation or formal quotation acceptance. We may decline an order at our discretion, including for credit, stock or compliance reasons.
5.Payment
Retail orders are payable in full at checkout or on collection. Approved B2B trade accounts are payable on net-30 terms. Overdue invoices may attract interest at 2% per month and may result in suspension of credit facilities.
6.Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates. Risk passes on delivery to the named address; title passes on receipt of cleared payment. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details.
7.Returns & warranty
Returns are accepted per our Returns Policy. Manufacturer warranties are honoured per our Warranty Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any non-excludable rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act.
8.Intellectual property
All site content, including text, images, logos and the Willman corporate seal, is owned by or licensed to Willman and is protected by Jamaican and international copyright and trade-mark law. You may not reproduce material from this site for commercial use without written permission.
9.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Willman's total liability for any claim arising from a transaction is limited to the price paid for the goods or services in question. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss.
10.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. The courts of Jamaica have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
