What we collect
- Identity & contact: name, company, billing/delivery address, phone, email.
- Account: login credentials, trade-account preferences, RFQ history.
- Transaction: orders, invoices, payment confirmations (we do not store full card numbers).
- Technical: IP address, browser, device, pages visited, referring URL.
How we use it
- To fulfil orders, deliver goods and provide after-sales service.
- To manage B2B credit applications, statements and account servicing.
- To respond to enquiries, RFQs and warranty claims.
- To comply with tax, accounting and procurement-record obligations.
- To send transactional emails and - only where you have opted in - marketing communications.
Legal basis
We rely on contract performance, legitimate business interests (running a Jamaican supply business), legal obligation (tax/accounting) and consent (marketing).
Who we share with
Couriers and delivery partners, payment processors, accounting and audit professionals, and government authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Account and transaction records are retained for at least seven years to satisfy Jamaican tax and accounting law. Marketing preferences are kept until you opt out.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Office of the Information Commissioner. Contact privacy@willmansales.com.
Security
We use encryption in transit (TLS), restricted access controls and PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. No system is perfectly secure - please use a strong, unique password.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
