Risk passes to the customer on signature of the delivery docket. Please inspect goods on receipt and note any visible damage on the docket before signing. Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Freight charges for rural or out-of-zone deliveries are quoted before dispatch. We use trusted local couriers and our own fleet - orders are tracked end-to-end by your account contact.
